If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our policy on exchanges and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

We only accept returns within 30 days of a purchase for a full refund. You may return an item after that for up to 60 days after purchase for a store credit. 

Conditions for Return

In order for the items to be eligible for a full refund, please make sure that:

• The items were purchased in the last 30 days

 

• The items were not used or damaged

 

• Notification of damaged items are given within 3 days of receiving the item. A store credit or exchange for the same item will be given.

Conditions for Exchange and Store Credit

• In order for the items to be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please make sure that:  

Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for exchanges or returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

All Swim Wear are FINAL sale

All jewelry and accessories are FINAL sale

All items sold at Pop Up/in-person events are FINAL sale

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. We can provide a shipping label for your return and subtract the cost from your refund. 

 

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to exchange items without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
